Holisticlick is one system for managing a coach’s or therapist’s practice: calendar, appointments, classes, waiting list and reminders. It was born from the moment after a busy day with clients, when, instead of taking a breath and feeling satisfied, coaches and therapists find themselves juggling WhatsApp messages, calendars and payments. Administrative burnout drains the energy meant for clients, and Holisticlick takes the management on itself, so that energy stays with you.

How much does it cost?
₪99 per month. Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signing up doesn’t require a credit card. Once we approve your account, you can set up your practice, add services and get a feel for it before you decide anything.
How soon can I get started?
After you sign up, we approve your account ourselves, within two business days. Once it’s approved, you can set up your practice.
Can I get paid through Holisticlick?
Payments and invoices through Holisticlick are coming soon. Until then, payment is handled between you and your clients just as it is today, while Holisticlick manages the appointments, sign-ups and reminders.
I don’t have enough clients for a system like this. Isn’t it too early?
Getting started is free and needs no credit card. Holisticlick doesn’t bring in clients, but it makes sure every inquiry gets an immediate answer and that your practice looks organized from your very first client. As you grow, there’s no need to start over.
I already use another calendar. Why switch?

Yes. Holisticlick is built for coaches, therapists and movement teachers. Everyone sets up their own services, prices and hours to fit their work.
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. They open your link, choose a service and a time, and get a confirmation by e-mail. The page can also be added to the home screen of their phone.
How does the waiting list work?
If someone wants a time that’s taken, they join the list. When a spot opens up, the first person in line gets an e-mail and an hour to respond. If they don’t respond, the offer moves on to the next person.
Can I also manage group classes and workshops?
Yes. You set a date, a price and a number of spots, and sign-ups are counted in real time. One-on-one and group classes live in the same system.
I’m not very technical. Will I find it hard?
