These terms govern the use of Holisticlick, a system for managing and booking appointments for coaches and therapists. By registering, you confirm that you have read these terms and the privacy policy and that you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The system is operated by Avia Arza (“we”). For inquiries: info@holisticlick.com.

2. Opening an account and its approval

Registration is subject to our approval, which is given within two business days at most. Until the account is approved, the calendar is not open for use. We may refuse a registration or terminate an account, including where it is used contrary to the terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provided and for safeguarding your password. Any action taken in your account is considered your action.

3. Trial period and payment

• The free trial period is as published on the main page at the time of registration. For the first five coaches and therapists it is three months, and one month thereafter.
• No credit card is required to start, and there is no automatic charge.
• At the end of the trial, access stops, unless continued use for a fee has been arranged. The price is ₪99 per month, and payment is arranged directly with us.
• A price change will be communicated in advance and will not apply to a month that has already been paid.

4. Permitted use

The system is intended for managing your practice. It is forbidden to harm the system or attempt to access it without authorization, to use it for unlawful activity, or to upload to it content that is offensive or that infringes the rights of others.

5. Your clients and the information about them

• You are responsible for the information you enter into the system about your clients, and for complying with the law regarding it, including giving notice to clients and obtaining their consent where required.
• We process the information on your behalf in order to operate the system, and do not use it for any other purpose. Some of the features use Google’s artificial intelligence services, and content entered into them is transferred for processing.
• The information belongs to you. When you finish using the system, you can request its export or deletion, and we will handle the request promptly.

6. The service and its availability

We try to keep the system running continuously, but the service is provided as is and without any commitment to continuous availability. Interruptions may occur, for example for maintenance and updates. Content created with the help of artificial intelligence is a suggestion only, and you are responsible for checking it before you use it.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, including loss of revenue or clients. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for use during the three months preceding the event. This limitation does not apply where the law does not permit it.

8. Termination of use

You may stop using the system at any time by contacting us. There is no refund for a month that has begun. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of the terms, and we will notify you of this when possible.

9. Intellectual property

The system, its design and its contents belong to us. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use it in accordance with the terms. The content you upload, such as a logo, images and text, remains yours, and you allow us to display it in the system for the purpose of providing the service.

10. Changes to the terms

We will update the terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest update, and a material change will be communicated to you. Continued use after the update constitutes agreement to it.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Israeli law shall apply to the terms, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
